What do you charge?

Pricing per full-time child is $24/hr, 8am-5pm, M- Th. This is paid monthly and before your start date. It holds your spot month to month. If your child cannot attend for any reason, missed days cannot be reimbursed.

Currently only have one available short-term/part-time spot from now till March 28th.

What does this include?

This price includes all costs of supplies for daily activities as well as a healthy organic lunch and two snacks. I provide everything but diapers. The Infant program will require families to bring extras such as breastmilk, formula, etc. till they start solids.
"Eat.Play.Learn." is officially an LLC. This means no dealing with payroll or "on the books" tax withholding/providing benefits, as you would a private nanny.

Do you offer drop-in care?

Yes! Daycare closed? Nanny called in? Just need a day to yourself? Last minute drop- in care is $28/hr Monday- Thursday for ages 3 months-2 years. Fridays and Saturdays are offered to all ages upon request, based on availability, child must have no signs of illness within the last 42 hrs before joining.

Is part-time an option?

I can occasionally accommodate part-time families (subject to availability). Pricing per part-time child is $25/hr. This is not on contract and non-refundable but is paid upfront bi-weekly and your spot will be guaranteed for two weeks at a time. Preference is given to full-time families who are on contract.

Any other fees I should be aware of?

One time non-refundable registration fee of $75 and first months tuition due with signed contract.

I am more lenient with drop-offs (within reason) as this does disrupt daily activities, however I do ask for prompt pick-ups. A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 15 minutes the parent arrives late.

I use the Brightwheel platform to send invoices for tuition and to update you throughout the day. I will send you an invite before your childs start date. The app is free to use however there are service fees on their platform to pay your monthly tuition. This depends on your method of payment (credit card, debit card or checking account).

Do you provide after hour care?

I provide after-hour care on evenings during the week, weekends, as well as overnights with advance notice. Prices are as follows:

Mondays- Thursdays (5pm-9pm) is $150 flat, additional children are +$25 flat.
Fridays-Sundays (8am-9pm) are $30/hr, additional children are +$5/hr.
Overnight care (from bedtime to morning wake up) is a flat rate charge of $200 offered at my home or $250 in your home. This is in addition to the hourly charge before bedtime and after morning wake up.

I try my absolute best to accommodate last minute needs for childcare, however this is subject to availability. Just ask and I'll see what I can do!

BONUS OFFERINGS:

-Field trips/outings! I have an extra carseat. If you are comfortable with it and if your child ends up being the only child attending that day, I enjoy getting them out and about. i.e: Library, parks, coffeeshops with play areas, kids events, etc. This is only an option when I have 1-2 children.

-I love braiding/styling hair, assuming you and your little one are okay with that- I'm more than happy to do their hair in the mornings.

-I regularly clip nails when I see them long. Parents love this.

-I am able to provide rides home at the end of each day for an extra fee paid monthly ($300), or $15 per drop off on occasion. This is dependant on where you are located. I have an extra car seat.

-I really try my absolute best to work with my families and am always open to feedback and suggestions.
